I got the chance to study abroad in Urbino, Italy, for my last semester of the undergraduate architecture program. It was a rural town, small and quiet, and the nearest city, Pesaro, was about an hour drive north. My peers and I traveled all around the country to Milan, Rome, Florence, and Venice, and had amazing experiences, but our site for studio, the Volponi Kiln, was located just outside of Urbino's legendary city walls. Here is the small book that I produced as my studio project, and be sure to check out some of my sketches from around Europe.
